Hand Wash (Preferred):

• Fill a basin with cool or lukewarm water.
• Add a mild, gentle detergent.
• Turn your thobe inside out and gently swish it in the water.
• Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. 

Machine Wash:

• Use a gentle/delicate cycle with cold or lukewarm water.
• Wash with similar colours to prevent dye transfer.
• Avoid harsh detergents and bleach — these can weaken fibres and fade colours.

Drying:

• Air-dry only: Hang your thobe on a hanger in a well-ventilated area.
• Avoid tumble drying and direct sunlight — heat can shrink or weaken the fabric.

Ironing & Steaming:

• Iron your thobe with the heat set low to medium, depending on fabric.
• For delicate embroidery or trims, iron inside out or use a steamer to avoid damage.

Storage:

• Hang your thobe on a wide, padded hanger to preserve its shape.
• Store in a cool, dry place — avoid humid areas and direct sun exposure.

Why does my thobe only have one pocket?

This is a traditional design choice of the morrocan thobe, lighter objects can be kept in the thobe pocket while heavier objects can be placed in the trouser pocket through the slit on one side. With certain products having a lighter fabric this also helps keep the shape and prevent any sagging.

How do i choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide along with a few tips to help you out. If you are between sizes we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. If you are unsure about your size, get in touch with us on instagram @thiyaab_.

Do you sell online and in person?

We sell through our online store and also welcome customers to our office by appointment.

Can your thobes be worn in different climates?

Yes, our collections include various fabrics suitable for warmer and cooler environments.

Delivery:

All our products are carefully checked before shipping to ensure the best quality.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days and offer several shipping options for UK orders:

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 working days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 working days
• Next Day Shipping: 1 working day

Refunds & Exchange:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective or if you have received the wrong item.

We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds on non-sale items for up-to 14 days, provided they are returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. An invoice with proof of purchase will also be required. Refund labels will be at your own expense.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
